Listings

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹). Listings are verified but you must independently confirm dimensions, RERA status and encumbrances before signing agreements.

Brokerage

Our brokerage fees are disclosed upfront and payable only upon successful transaction closure.

User Conduct

Do not use the platform for spam, fraudulent listings, or misrepresentation. We reserve the right to suspend accounts violating these terms.

Liability

Unity Realty is an advisory. We disclaim liability for construction delays, statutory changes, or third-party failures beyond our reasonable control.
