Name, mobile number (with +91 country code), email address, city preferences, budget range and property enquiries. We do not collect Aadhaar or PAN unless explicitly required for a documented transaction.

How we use it

To match you with suitable properties, coordinate site visits, share market updates, and comply with RERA and taxation regulations.

Sharing

We share information only with sellers, landlords or agents relevant to your active enquiry, and with regulated financial institutions when you request a home-loan referral.
